La violencia de g\u00e9nero, tambi\u00e9n definida como violencia sexual y de g\u00e9nero (VSG), es uno de los muchos eventos cr\u00edticos de salud sexual y reproductiva que viven los adolescentes y las mujeres en entornos humanitarios. En tiempos de emergencia, estos grupos enfrentan una mayor vulnerabilidad ya que pueden perder el apoyo de sus redes sociales y verse expuestos a condiciones de riesgo y entornos inseguros, como la trata de personas, las ocupaciones inseguras y el abuso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el HSM 2023, se presentar\u00e1n y discutir\u00e1n los impactos en la salud de la violencia de g\u00e9nero contra las mujeres y las ni\u00f1as, adem\u00e1s de las diferentes causas y aspectos de este tipo espec\u00edfico de violencia. Se explicar\u00e1n los diversos niveles y matices de las cargas de salud, as\u00ed como las cuestiones estructurales, los sistemas y las normas de g\u00e9nero que intervienen en la generaci\u00f3n de un c\u00edrculo cerrado de violencia. Las sesiones del simposio traer\u00e1n una perspectiva global sobre el tema al tener oradores con diferentes \u00e1reas de enfoque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La exposici\u00f3n de Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG) durante los recesos del simposio brinda una oportunidad de intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias, as\u00ed como de conexi\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n con una gran variedad de instituciones que trabajan en el campo de la cooperaci\u00f3n al desarrollo y la ayuda humanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
